yoga has taken me around the world to fine tune my yoga practice. Yoga comes from the sanskrit word "yok" meaning union, the union of the mind and body. I would say that yoga happens when you can practice a pose with ease; When you hear your breath go in and out of your nose like ocean waves. When the inhale becomes as long as the exhale, and your mind is free of fluctuations. When you can smile while in the pose... that's yoga.  Everything else is the journey leading to it. the path takes time but is full of rewards. for each gain on the mat positivity manifests into all aspects of our lives. I am ready to be a guide on your journey.

The success of Yoga does not lie in the ability to perform postures but in how it positively changes the way we live our life and our relationships.

We are all capable of compassion and kindness, and it starts within ourselves. My teacher in India used to tell us that, in order to be selfless, one must be selfish. We deserve to have time for ourselves, to practice, to meditate, to do what's best so that we can achieve a healthy heart and mind, and that's the best gift we can offer ourselves and our loved ones.
